Refund and Cancellation Policy
By subscribing to or paying for any products or services provided by Pepe's PPS LLC, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellation
You are responsible for canceling your own service. You can cancel your service by logging into the platform.
Non-Refundable Payments
All subscription payments and any other payments that have been paid are non-refundable.
By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment has been processed, and you forfeit the right to raise a dispute with your bank or financial organization.
Payment Disputes
By subscribing to Pepe's PPS LLC, you agree that you cannot raise a dispute for any payment that has been made, and you forfeit the right to initiate any chargeback with your payment provider regarding already paid subscription fees or any other payments.
If a dispute is raised contrary to this policy and it is determined that the customer did not follow the cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by Pepe's PPS LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, court fees and lawyer fees.
If you raise a dispute, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose the dispute as soon as it is raised.
Additional Fees for Dispute
In the event of a dispute that violates this cancellation policy, the customer agrees to compensate Pepe's PPS LLC for the time and resources expended.
By subscribing to Pepe's PPS LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
